- Measurements are mentioned in inches.
- All garments have little to no margin.
- Please keep in mind that mentioned sizes are garment sizes not body sizes.
- Its advised to add two inches to your body measurements and then compare with garment measurements(mentioned in the size chart)
- If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or a larger size for a relaxed fit. However, please remember the larger size can always be altered if need be.
- Garment measurements refers to the measurements of the outfit when it is laid flat.
- Body refers to the exact measurements of your body.
- Chest- fuller part of your bust line.
- Waist- Slimmest part of your waist line. You may also measure waist line 13-14 inches down your shoulder.

Returns/Exchanges
- We have non-returnable policy except the cases where there is manufacturing defect/ damage of some sort, or the product is different from what you ordered. Customers are required to make a 360 degree Package opening video, highlighting the defect within 24 hrs. of receiving the product and email it at kimkhwab.queries@gmail.com.
- We are currently not accepting any exchange queries, except in certain circumstances. Customers are required to make a 360 degree Package opening video, highlighting the reason of exchange within 24 hrs. of receiving the product and email it at kimkhwab.queries@gmail.com.
- The sole discretion of acceptance of claim lies in the hands of seller and shall be communicated through email only.
- We do not provide refunds monetarily. Refunds are only given in the form of Store Credit. Store Credit is the amount of refund given back to the customer in the form of a coupon code. This store credit has a lifetime validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders .
- -In case of Returns within India, No reverse pickup will be charged from buyer. The customer will have to send the parcel back to us after only final acceptance of return communicated via seller through WhatsApp or email.
- -In case of Exchange, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at Kimkhwab.queries@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
Exchange / Return for International Orders
No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
Shipping Policy
Shipping within India-
- To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
- We usually ship your orders within 2-3 business days and it takes approximately 4-5 business days for your orders to reach you. (The number of days might vary due to reasons beyond our control ).

- Your tracking details will be sent to you via email/Whatsapp as soon as the order is dispatched.
- We offer free shipping on orders worth more than Rs-3000/ -All order below Rs 3000/- a flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 is charged per order .
- *Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
International Shipping
- The charges for international shipping too depend on the weight of the product and where it is getting shipped.

- The International shipping charges are borne by the customer only and are calculated itself during checkout
- No cancellation requests are accepted once the order is placed.
- We usually dispatch the products within 2-4 working days. Products usually take 5-7 days to reach you after the dispatch, depending on your order.
- We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there may be a slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), you can contact us.
- No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
- Customs and import duty, if any, may/ maynot apply to your shipment depending on your country's custom rules and will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.
- We usually send all our International parcels through India Post, however if you want us to use any specific courier partner / or want to expedite the delivery, please let us know about same. You might be charged extra for the same.'
